The Mission Increase Survey showed that the vast majority of you really value our relationship. However, we also uncovered some warts, and I wanted to address those. Some of you commented that our grants are hard to get. That is true; it is partly intentional, and partly a temporary result of our growing pain. Mission Increase used to be an easy mark to get a grant, but as we have grown to serve over 1000 ministries we just can’t fund all the requests we receive.

Hundreds of you responded to our survey and asked for more one-on-one time with our training staff. We had a good hunch this was how you all felt, and we had already been exploring ways to offer you the highest quality training and consulting we could and not kill off all our local training staff. We also know that the training you learn through workshops can be hard to implement—and we measure our success by what you actually learn and put into practice.

For weeks my wife and I have been making our Christmas list and we have checked it more than twice. Our focus has been to find that perfect Christmas gift for everyone we are buying for this year.
